本文件由湖南省市场监督管理局提出和归口。
本文件起草单位:湖南省计量检测研究院、中南大学、湖南五维地质科技有限公司。

引 言
基于等值反磁通瞬变电磁法原理的探测系统具有抗电磁干扰、不接地以及无损测量的技术优势,在
铁路、交通、市政、地调以及地矿等行业勘探单位得到了广泛应用,是浅层勘探电磁法发展趋势之一。
目前产品尚无相应的国际标准、国家标准、地方和行业标准。特编制本文件,为等值反磁通瞬变电磁法
探测系统产品的制造、 检验和质量评价提供依据, 为等值反磁通瞬变电磁法系统在国家重大项目的申请、
执行、验收等环节提供技术支撑,促进湖南自主创新的方法技术尽快在国内和国际推广普及,提升我省
在此新兴产业领域中的国际市场主导权和话语权。
